Welcome to Parties by W. Hamilton. By accessing this website or booking services with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Parties by W. Hamilton offers event planning, decor design, styling services, and event coordination. Specific services will be outlined in your custom proposal or agreement.

2. Booking & Payments

All services require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Final payment is due by the date listed in your contract. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non-refundable. Every effort will be made to reschedule or accommodate changes when possible.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing venue access for setup and teardown
     
  • Ensuring vendor communication if not coordinated through W. Hamilton
     
  • Being honest about timelines, budgets, and expectations
     

5. Decor & Setup

Unless otherwise agreed, all décor must be provided by the client or sourced through an approved vendor. Parties by W. Hamilton is not responsible for items not provided or confirmed prior to the event.

6. Liability

Parties by W. Hamilton is not liable for injuries, damages, or delays caused by weather, vendor failure, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always act in your best interest and make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is safe with us. We will never sell or share your data. See our full [Privacy Policy] for more.

8. Changes to Terms

Parties by W. Hamilton reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
